Manufactured from high-performance nitrile PVC, the upper delivers outstanding waterproof protection with increased resistance to acids, oils and chemicals, making it ideal for underground and surface mining conditions. Designed for demanding shifts, the boot features enhanced ankle protection with an interior comfort recess, convenient finger pull tabs for easy donning, and a tampered top rim to reduce boot slap while walking. A built-in heel table allows for effortless removal. For superior protection, the Stimela XP includes a fully integrated 100 joule impact-resistant metatarsal protector, shielding the upper foot from falling objects and heavy impacts common in mining environments. The nitrile PVC sole provides exceptional durability and chemical resistance while remaining fully waterproof. Anti-static properties enhance safety in hazardous environments, and the boot retains flexibility in temperatures as low as –20°C, ensuring reliable performance in cold conditions. A steel toe cap rated to 200 joules offers dependable impact protection at the front of the foot.
