The Lemaitre Zeus Chelsea Safety Boot is a durable, slip-on safety boot designed for comfort and reliable protection in industrial environments. Cut from smooth, full grain leather, the upper offers excellent durability and a professional finish. Elasticated side gussets and dual pull-tabs allow for easy entry and removal, while a heel stiffener helps maintain shape and long-term structure. Inside the boot, a breathable vamp lining enhances airflow, while the quarter lining is laminated to 4mm foam for added comfort and cushioning. The durable polyester top sock is abrasion resistant, quick drying and treated with Ultra-Fresh technology to provide anti-bacterial and anti-static properties. The dual density PU/PU sole delivers excellent shock absorption and durability with a flexible midsole for comfort and a harder-wearing outer sole for traction.

- The vamp lining is made from non-woven synthetic fibre for enhanced comfort and breathability.
- The quarter lining is made from black ferrabelle non-woven material laminated to 4mm foam for enhanced comfort and breathability.
In Sock & Top Sock:
- Anti-static in-sock is made from 2mm non-woven material.
- The top sock is made from a durable polyester material that offers abrasion resistance and is quick drying in nature.
- The top sock is treated with Ultra-Fresh technology to impart anti-bacterial and anti-static properties to the material.
- The top sock contains anti-static stitching and has been treated with a lemon scent for lasting freshness.
Toe Cap:
- Steel Toe Cap.
- Can withstand an impact load of 200 joules.
Sole:
- Shank reinforcement for additional arch support.
- The sole is made from Double Density PU/PU.
- The midsole is made from a flexible low density Polyurethane with a shore hardness of 45 – 55.
- The outer sole is made from a hardwearing Polyurethane with a shore hardness of 55 – 70.
- The boot can withstand temperatures up to 95°C.
